• Your chosen Crown (identity type: Sovereign, Steward, or Builder)
• Your selected Realm (context: Marketplace, Hearth, or Temple)
• Your Compass (core value: Freedom, Security, Growth, or Connection)

2.3 Council Session Data

This data may contain sensitive personal information that you choose to share. Please be mindful of the information you disclose during Council sessions.

2.4 Voice & Audio Data

If you use voice input features, your audio is converted to text for processing. We do not permanently store raw audio files; audio is processed in real-time and only the resulting text transcript is retained as part of your session data.

2.5 Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (model, OS version, unique identifiers)
• App usage data (features used, session frequency, engagement metrics)
• Crash reports and performance data
• General location data (country/region level, not precise location)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and operate the App, including generating AI Council debates
• Personalization: To customize Council debates based on your Reign Style profile
• Session History: To allow you to review past Council sessions and decisions
• AI Improvement: To improve the quality and relevance of AI agent responses
• Analytics: To understand how users interact with the App and identify areas for improvement
• Communication: To send you service-related notifications and respond to inquiries
• Safety & Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

To provide the Council experience, your session data is processed by AI language models. We share data with the following trusted third-party service providers:

• Supabase
• OpenAI
• Anthropic (Claude)

Important: When your dilemmas are processed by AI providers, they may temporarily process this data according to their own privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of OpenAI and Anthropic.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Specifically:

• Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
• Session History: Retained to provide you with access to past Council sessions
• Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely
• Backup Data: May persist in backups for up to 90 days after deletion

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Moot is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
